Phra Sunthariwani (floating statue) was conceived as part of a project
initiated by the monastic community of Wat Suthat Thepwararam
Ratchaworamahawihan to create sacred objects embodying the Dhamma.
The work was intended for enshrinement and serves as an object of
Buddhist veneration.
